Edwards Vacuum
- Perform the preventive maintenance of all machines including CMMs, and plating facilities as schedule.
- Perform the breakdown maintenance to enable to production.
- Improve the efficiency of machine tools and plant by reviewing actions and repairs undertaken and recommending appropriate improvements
- Perform the machine moves or equipment installation as required
- Identify parts or spares required for preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Monitoring activity and control the equipment’s condition for ensuring the maximum performance
- Training and calibration of equipment such as CMM, Renishaw Ballbar and Laser
- Diagnosing breakdown problems and clear.
Education Level: Graduate of college (Electric or Mechanic Major)
Relevant Previous Experience: 5 years’ experience maintaining CNC machining centres.
Ideally Japanese Makino or Mori Seiki or Fanuc controls
Language Skills: English basic
Other Soft Skills and Knowledge: CNC Machine tool control systems. (Fanuc), CNC Machine tool service and repair. ( Makino, Mori Seiki, Studer), CMM Machine tool calibration, understanding maintenance management systems (e-Zenith)
