Doctors with Africa CUAMM is the first Italian healthcare-focused NGO officially recognized by Italian authorities.
Founded in 1950 with the aim of training doctors to work in developing countries, Doctors with Africa CUAMM is working in Angola, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and the Central African Republic implementing healthcare projects in partnership with local governments and institutions.

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous professional experience in logistics (procurement, transports, maintenance, minor rehabilitations) in fragile and/or low resources contexts
- Good knowledge of French
- Problem-solving aptitude and organizational skills
- Dynamism, adaptability and flexibility
KEY DUTIES
Working in a project to support the Pediatric Complex of Bangui, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for:
- supervising logistics at hospital level
- supervising the renovation works of the Neonatal Unit and any other maintenance or rehabilitation interventions
- regularly supervising the hospital facility and equipment in order to identify any structural problems
- installing any new biomedical equipment and guide healthcare personnel in their correct
- training and supervising dedicated local staff
- ensuring adequate procurement and storage of materials and stock management
- guaranteeing that all documentation needed for reporting on implemented project activities and the procedures followed be available
