Position

For FPSO project we are looking for:

MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT

• Supports the HSE Manager for the preparation and following of the HSE plans and procedures.
• Assure proper nearmisses and incident reporting and follow up of corrective actions.
• Actively contributes to Safety Walkdowns.
• Actively contributes in case of incident investigations.
• Participate to Pre Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR).
• Support Planning and Scheduling with Spare Parts requirements and controls.
• Reviews contractual documentation and contributes to identify project risks and opportunities.
• Reviews MAINT procedures and the operating manuals.
• Support Planning and Scheduling for effective 4 week Look-a-head.
• Supports the Projects, TA and SD for schedule preparation and compliance.
• Support preparation of the Licensor/Vendors scheduling.
• Submit progress report within his operating area.
• Preparation of the budget, within his operating area.
• Actively participates to risk and opportunity evaluation meetings and reporting.
• Responsible for the competency assurance and training development of personnel in his operating area.
• Ensuring the transfering of Lessons Learned knowledge.
• Responsible for the behaviour and discipline of all staff and subcontractors personnel in his operating area.
• Ensure effective performance of all Maintenance preparation and execution.
• Achieve optimum performance and continues improvements.
• Ensure effective and safe Routine and Emergency maint situations at all times.
• Assure daily, weekly and monthly Safety and Communicaion meetings with Office Staff and Field personnel.
• Assist to Technical and evaluations, planning, scheduling.
• Assures internal and external communication.
• Interface with other departments for successfull, safe and effective workflow.

Requirements

• Be fully aware of the Project HSE requirements
• Advanced level of speaking & writing: English
• Basic Knowledge of Upstream & Downstream Process, repair technologies, Asset integraty and reliability.
• Advanced Knowledge of the PM , PdM and CM methodology
• Expected years of experience in:
• the Oil & Gas industry: 5 years
• Industrial Maintenance: 5 years
• Reliability or Maintenance Engineering: 5 years
• Commissioning or Operations: 2 years
• the requested Position: 3 years

Main Skills For a Maintenance Superintendent, Such As

• Technical College or University degree or equivalent experience.
• Leadership competencies with not less then 3 years experience.
• HSE leadership to entire staff through communication, behaviour and actions.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas maintenane management using several methodologies, such as RCM & RCA.
• Know-how to direct sub-ordinates in carrying out their respective tasks and meet objectives.
• Knowledge of maintenance and inspection engineering activities.
• Knowledge of CMMS applications in O&G industry.
• Knowledge of Spare Parts, and basic Warehousing and Procurement Management.
• Knowledge of maintenance Workshops, machinery, equipment, tools and consumables.
• Knowledge of maintenance manpower competency and resource management process.

8 months in Smart Working or to Milan Office.

After this first period, he will work for 1 year on a FPSO in Dubai
