The TikTok Ads Creativity & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation and optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other 3rd parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to the end users.

We aim to drive and lead the technology renovation in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. We are looking for machine learning engineers who are excited to grow their business understanding, build highly scalable and reliable software/infrastructure, and partner across functions with global teams in pursuit of excellence. Responsibilities:
– Responsible for the development of smart creative generation/recommendation systems to help advertisers create effective creatives, generating billions of revenue.
– Responsible for the development of ad content understanding, which is the foundation of the whole ad delivery system.
– Responsible for the development of online creative delivery optimization to make sure the right creative is delivered to the right user to maximize advertising effect and market revenue.
– Responsible for the growth of users and anti-cheating of TikTok Creator Marketplace.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields.
– Have a solid theoretical and engineering foundation in machine learning or computer vision, and is familiar with one or more technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, data mining, distributed computing, computer vision (video processing / video understanding / GAN).
– Good team player, communication skills and project management experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
– Relevant development experience in recommendation system, computational advertising, video processing / understanding, etc.
– Good product sense, lead the rhythm in projects.
