Summary
The VIE program is an international program open to European Citizens to have valuable paid work experience abroad. The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France’s eligibility criteria. To support our corporate HR function in pursuing its global HR Strategy, Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) is opening several VIE positions, based in either Switzerland or Singapore, working within different areas of HR. Over a duration of 12 to 24 months, you will support our regional HR Operations, Global HR BP organization, HR Centers of Expertise, or CHRO in all ongoing HR matters with a particular focus on data analysis, research, and ongoing project management support.
Main Responsibilities
Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.
Contribute to ensure value add, efficient and professional delivery of HR services providing assistance and administrative support to HR Management on different tasks;
Support HR Management across the various people processes (Talent Management/Acquisition, Performance, L&D, Reward, HR Operations, etc.);
Support HR projects and strategic initiatives; conduct research and data analysis; facilitate HR communications & presentations as appropriate;
Support HR Leadership in producing ad-hoc reports and analysis
Perform data management, measuring and tracking employee metrics and HR reporting
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks regarding the employee’s life cycle and ensure related processes are followed smoothly

Skills
First professional experience in HR desired
Business level English essential
Required Languages
English (Advanced)
Required Education
Master’s degree level (or equivalent) in HR or Business Administration/Management field.
