- Executes delivery scheduling processes to ensure OTD is met. Focuses on schedule development and provides follow up on the execution of order scheduling.
- Follow up with transporters to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitors stock availability and orders and performs various tasks necessary to schedule.
- To confirm product have been delivered as loaded and to resolve discrepancies. Check POD.
- Responsible for maintenance of Item master in oracle
- Liaising with CHA and getting good cleared from customs
- Managing warehouse in terms of stock accuracy, timely receipt and dispatch of material, 5S
- Clearing of service provider bills and keeping track of expenses.
- Responsible for service providers cost and operational performance KPI.
- Conduct periodic reviews with service providers to discuss key performance indicators and seek opportunity to gradual improvements in performance. Identify areas of unsatisfactory performance and set and agree actions to ensure improvements.
