What you’ll do?

Serves as a primary point of contact for and liaison with sales, logistics, and manufacturing departments.

Collaborates with these departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs.

Consolidate forecasts from different customers provided by the Customer Service and update according forecast data in ERP/MRP

Lead periodic forecasting meetings(SIOP) with other related departments; participates in additional planning meetings with customers, sales and customer service staff.

Periodically compares current and anticipated orders with available inventory of finished goods

Places order and negotiates with overseas manufacturing departments; ensures accurate and timely delivery of orders.

Manages SOP-EOP (phase in/ phase out) and execute short/long term tendency analysis

Manages slow moving and obsolete items cost-effectively

Performs Other Related Duties, As Required.

What you’ll bring

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Thorough understanding of HKMC SCM process and supply chain.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bachelors degree in a related field required.

At least ten years of related experience required. (in tier 1 of Hyundai and Kia motors)

Fluent in English, Korean
