Responsibilities

  • Create and execute annual business development plan
  • Engage with Compass’ Top 6 Sales Initiatives
  • Cultivate self-generated leads through client and professional referral partner relationships
  • Understand product guidelines and how to fit a loan into these guidelines
  • Quote interest rates and determine loan products for each client
  • Complete the “LO Box”: a complete 1003, source of funds, fees worksheet, lock loan
  • Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines
  • Attend meetings and trainings

Qualifications

  • Licensing: Have or be willing to obtain a state issued NMLS license
  • Sales skills: We love to introduce loan officers to our sales model and watch them take their business to the next level. We’ve streamlined the Loan Officers responsibilities so you can spend more time focusing on selling and less time working the loan.

Requirements:

Remote, Hybrid and In Office Location Requirement:

  • Newly Licensed Loan Officers in Training: will commute daily to a Compass office location and must live in one of the following states to be considered: IA, IL, FL, TN,
  • Experienced Sr. Loan Officers only: Can choose to work fully remote, hybrid or in office in the following states: IA, IL, FL, MN, TN, WI
  • Experienced Sr. Loan Officers only: Will work fully remote in the following states: AZ, GA, IN, KY, MI, NC, OH, SC, TX, VA

Pay Structure

  • Base Draw + Commission: We give you the tools and training you need to earn unlimited income.
