Manage and support vendor relationships, members and PFI’s in addition to other areas of the Bank (Treasury, Banking Operations, Legal, or Credit).

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for processing transactions and reconciliations
• Act as liaison or customer support for customers with issues or inquiries
• Charged with the resolution of issues appropriate to the position’s level of expertise
• Will be expected to escalate issues/inquiries outside of the position’s level of expertise to appropriate parties within the Bank
• Execute periodic (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) reports on status tracking and exceptions
• Cross-train and develop skills in other areas of department where needed
• May be called upon to back up functions in other areas of department when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree
• MS Office product (notably Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access) knowledge.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in a mortgage or banking environment
• Prior customer service experience a plus
