You are passionate about storytelling but can be succinct when needed. Your skills are grounded as a writer but your impact on the customer experience goes way beyond words. The Content Strategist in you enjoys all pieces of content and works diligently to ensure all content resonates with and meets the core needs of our audience.Content that is Discoverable, Findable, Usable, and Maintainable is your jam.ResponsibilitiesCopywritingResearch, write, edit, proof, and maintain our copy style guides and copy matrix across multiple touchpoints in the customer journey ��� websites, mobile apps, digital marketing, emails and beyond. Establish brand dos and don���ts, and evolve our brand���s voice and tone as we work on different mediums to educate consumers new to this exciting space. Establish longform and microcopy across various form factors and channels.Consolidate complex concepts into easy-to-understand words and phrases. Be an expert in localization and the challenges of writing for a global audience. Have experience writing across social media, emails, websites, mobile, hardware, and kiosks. Content StrategyConduct competitive content reviews. Audit existing content, including its overarching architecture and organization in the form of written, audio, visual, and other content types. Drive and participate in user research activities and help find and articulate actionable user insights to guide strategy.Guide our teams on how to best structure, prioritize and build hierarchy in content to help achieve our objectives. Write copy and edit other types of content down to what is simple, digestible, and contextually relevant. Ensure SEO strategies are properly devised and executed.Help to select our new Content Management System. Assist with the integration and update of content as we migrate to this new system. Establish content inventory needs and work with designers to develop and deliver related assets in order to maintain quality and consistency.Synthesize insights and business goals to shape the content strategy across various touchpoints including social, email, ecommerce, product, tradeshows, and environmental design.Work collaboratively within a growing product, design, and development team. Experience working within any of the strategic areas of UX Research, Product Design, Creative Design, Product Management, Brand, Marketing, Legal, Software Development, Consulting and SEO is a real plus. LeadershipAs part of the Core UX team, you will work closely with the ���XYZ��� of Design to strengthen our organizing design principles, overall information architecture design, content mapping, flows, hierarchies, taxonomies, labeling, metadata frameworks, etc.Strategize and plan for change management and governance as it relates to content updates, migrations, translations and ongoing administration as we become a global team. Help stakeholders and team members understand complex data and articulate actionable insights that will help identify existing pain points and areas of opportunity.Work with our internal and external team members to help them understand content strategy at large and as it relates to their channel via meetings, workshops, presentations and thought leadership. Actively participate in weekly product design and content review sessions. Inspire others in our UXD practice to deliver with excellence and champion the power of strong and consistent content strategy.You Must Have Bachelor���s Degree in English or related study. 8-10 years professional experience. 4-6 years of experience as a copywriter.
