Lincoln International Diversity MBA Fellowship:
The Lincoln International Diversity MBA Fellowship program is a merit-based competitive graduate scholarship program to provide outstanding female, Black, Hispanic, Native American and LGBTQ+ MBA students based in the U.S. with a financial award for exceptional academic achievement and a Summer Associate internship between the first and second year of business school. The Lincoln International Diversity MBA Fellowship provides award recipients the opportunity to excel in Investment Banking by helping finance their educations.
Students must apply to both the MBA Fellowship Program and the specific Summer Associate posting for which they wish to be considered. If Lincoln recruits on your campus, you may also be required to apply through your school’s on-campus system.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in accounting and finance and strong business acumen
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Prior M&A, capital raising or investment banking experience is preferred, but not required
- Candidate must be in progress on an MBA from top-tier program (2024 Graduation) and hold an outstanding academic record
