The Opportunity

We are creating a specialized Remote Sales Team in North America and are looking for outstanding individuals to join a high performing remote team to manage our commercial interaction with our valued customers. LifeScan is recruiting for an Associate Remote Sales Territory Manager-Canada who will be reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. This is a 3-month contract-based role that will focus on remote sales in the province of Quebec, Canada and/or possibility of extension to full time role. This position will be remote.

Job Focus

In this role, you will be responsible for covering open/vacant territories as needed, as well as generating new opportunities and expanding current revenue from unassigned Healthcare Providers HCPs), communicating with customers via remote technologies.

As a member of the Remote Sales Team, you will work closely with external field sales associates to expand our customer reach and ensure that all OneTouch customers’ needs are met.

Responsibilities Will Include

Commercial responsibility for developing existing remote sales accounts, in territories that are open or vacant
Develop new accounts through prospection calls with potential customers
Prepare quarterly and monthly sales and activity plans, in alignment with field sales teams and account segmentation guidelines
Develop and maintain value-added relationship with all key customers to enhance the OneTouch brand in the market
Meet KPIs for sales quotas, call preparation and commercial activities
Participate in fields sales team meetings and interact daily with country-based colleagues to ensure collaboration and alignment
Master all available tools and technologies to manage CRM, e-detailing and customer calls
Manage inbound customer calls with appropriate urgency to identify and resolve issues and follow up on opportunities.

Requirements For This Role Include

We are looking for dynamic individuals who are goal oriented, excel at building relationships by actively listening and responding to the needs of our customers. Ideally you will already have some sales experience together with:
French Canadian proficiency required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in negotiation and closing sales
Analytical mindset and proactive attitude
Highly motivated and target driven
Excellent communication skills
Action orientated with a high sense of urgency and agility
Understands and able to articulate a value proposition to customers

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) required
