Responsabilités principales
- Télé-Assistance
- Mise en service
- Maintenance curative et preventive
- Etalonnage sur site
- Assurer un support technique à nos clients
- Etre capable d’assurer un service rapide et efficace à nos clients
- Exécuter les missions demandées parfaitement dans le respect des délais et attente du client
- Prendre en compte et remonter les insatisfactions clients
- Réaliser toutes les missions conformément aux procédures de nos Business Units
- Adhérer aux procédures locales et internationales d’Emerson Trade Compliance relatives à toutes les transactions et pratiques commerciales
- Adhérer aux normes QSSESI de la société et des clients en tout temps.
Formation et Expérience
- BTS CIRA, DUT mesures physiques ou diplôme équivalent
- Expérience en instrumentation Pression, Débitmétrie, Niveau, température et dans les process industriels de nos clients
- Connaissance de l’outil informatique Pack office et techniques
- Anglais opérationnel
- Capacité à se déplacer en France
- Permis de conduire B
