A vacancy has arisen for a Learning and Organisational Development Manager .
This is a varied and challenging role where no two days are the same and the post holder will need to use their extensive skills in general management, OD, coaching, programme design, evaluation, facilitation, mediation and contract management!
We are looking for a capable, reliable and enthusiastic senior manager with extensive experience in education, learning and development to complete our team but more importantly support the organisation and the teams working within it.
This is a pivotal leadership role, both within the department and in providing support to individuals and departments throughout the Trust.

The post-holder will support the Associate Director of Organisational Development & Inclusion to enhance the capability of staff through effectively planning, co-ordinating and delivery of the Trust’s educational and development portfolio to a multi-professional workforce. The post holder has line management responsibility within the department
The post holder is a senior manager of the Organisational Development & Inclusion department with key responsibility for ensuring the work of the department. Leading and/or contributing to departmental projects and initiatives. Problem solving and taking decisions towards the achievement of departmental and Trust wide priorities and strategic aims. Ensuring financial and OD activity targets within scope of own areas of responsibility are met and adhered to, including associated financial controls, and income generation.
The post holder has line management responsibility for their team, ensuring their continuous professional development
The post holder leads and has a key role in enabling managers to develop their skills in leadership and operational management by commissioning and allocating appropriate interventions which support and foster engagement within teams.
