Job Role: Lettings Services Administrator

Location: Worcester

Job Sector: Lettings – Mainstay

Hours: Monday – Friday (35 hours per week)

As a Lettings Services Administrator, you will contribute to our vision of being the UKs favourite property manager by:

  • To build and maintain strong relationships with all internal departments.
  • Ensure all applicable legislation is complied with in delivering services.
  • To ensure that all legislative requirements are adhered to and company standards met regarding risk and compliance activity, supply chain management and record keeping.
  • Take ownership of both day-to-day maintenance and service requirements to meet the obligations set out and to protect the client’s asset.

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain an accurate database through the input and update of data on a timely basis and to carry out periodic data validation tests
  • Customer contact – clients, tenants, leaseholders, agents and contractors
  • Management of the referencing process
  • Preparation of tenancy documentation
  • Instruction and management of maintenance
  • Rent reviews and notices
  • Statutory compliance
  • Deposit administration in line with current legislation
  • Other ad hoc duties associated with tenancy management

Skills And Experience

You have a strong customer focus, a high attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task.

With your positive ‘can-do’ attitude you can work as a team, building relationships with different departments and customers and also can use your initiative to work independently.

You have great numeracy and MS Office skills, but you’re keen to develop your skills further by completing ongoing training and development opportunities. You enjoy problem solving and finding ways to improve the customer service delivery and are confident implementing change where possible & appropriate.
