Where you come in:
In this contract position (12-month maximum term) based in Adelaide or Melbourne offices (or any other work from home location close to our time zones that works for you), you use your educational design, leadership and training skills and Moodle administration experience to build capacity among teachers and INGO staff in some of the world’s most challenging settings. You will support Inclusiv Education’s educational design work with international development stakeholders from low- and middle-income countries, with a primary focus on adult and teacher education via the Moodle LMS.
You will make an impact by:

  • Providing high quality educational design for Inclusiv Education projects within the Moodle Learning Management System,
  • Leading the delivery of training to trainers, including coordinating delivery of content focused eLearning projects
  • Administration of the Moodle Learning Managementy System
  • Co-designing new eLearning projects that are aligned to Inclusiv Education’s mission and philosophy and sensitive to the needs of clients and donors, and
  • Assisting in building the the profile of Inclusiv Education’s work via the authoring of various marketing materials, including case studies, white papers, etc.

This role requires:

  • A deep professional working knowledge of the Moodle learning management system and community ecosystem,
  • Substantial and varied eLearning experience including exposure to instructional design, eLearning course content creation, basic graphic design and media production,
  • Design and authoring to content packaging standards such as SCORM and xAPI, and delivery through Learning Management Systems, and
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience of eLearning practices and platforms.
