People from all over the world visit Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse in Edinburgh. Our Ticket Sales & Information team plays a vital part in each visitor’s experience, handling thousands of telephone calls and selling over two million tickets every year.
As part of this highly professional and dedicated team, you’ll be the person arranging visits and selling tickets for the diverse learning activities across our sites.
You’ll be the first point of contact within the office for enquiries relating to Learning Bookings by e-mail and telephone, ensuring every customer is responded to helpfully and efficiently.
In this fast paced and challenging role, you’ll provide vital administrative and operational support, collating weekly learning bookings and monthly statistics reports.
You’ll also be proactive in building long term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
From tailored schools sessions to regular tourist tours, coordinating our varied large group bookings will stretch you, but you’ll be eager to take on the responsibility. And in all that you do, you’ll aim to provide the highest level of customer care.
