Leader – Information Technology

The successful candidate will deliver high quality IT services and will build a staff of It professionals who are the trusted IT advisors for their business functions.

Responsibilities include Full capability delivery and operations

Owns end-to-end delivery and operational process

Optimize service delivery to achieve the best possible business outcomes.

Establish and/or refine tight support relationships with 3rd party software and service providers (SAP, Oracle, Solefi, American Express, and others.)

Define and improve operations process workflows for financial period close, application maintenance, security posture assurance, and Export, Transfer, and Load (ETL) data flows.

Automate operations processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning where possible. Drive support vendors to use this technology in their operations.

Coach and guide the development of team members spanning multiple functional areas.

Drive hiring and initial development of early-in-career/new hires, working in partnership with functional domain leaders.

Minimum Requirements Include

Minimum 7+ years of applicable work experience.

Operations experience with strong emphasis on financial processes with significant compliance expectations.

Data engineering background with expertise in ETL processes, data modelling, and data architectures.

Experience Working With Third Party APIs And SDKs

CI/CD tool experience Jira Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, uDeploy or similar

Expertise with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) development

Passion and ability to lead and mentor more junior engineers

Application Security – Experience In Resolution And Implementation

Cloud and Containerization Kubernetes, Docker
