Job Description
- Support product lifecycle by driving activities associated with SDLC – release train
- Actively drive deployment projects to deliver products to customers, and keep technology up to date
- Create and distribute project/program level reports, adjusting to various audiences (technical, business etc.)
- Work with leadership, stakeholders, partners, and delivery teams to facilitate project work and track progress
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; respond to issues by driving decision making and required escalations
- Support other team members through mutual knowledge sharing
- Establish, enforce, and improve processes associated with project tracking (estimation, planning, execution, reporting, budgeting)
- Apply Agile methodologies in driving the product release cycle
- Support Technology Transformation (including Cloud migration projects)
Job Requirements
Must have
- 5+ years of related industry experience in handling IT projects and programs
- Overall Program management experience – 7+ years
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must be a good team player, able to share his/her knowledge, assist and stand in for others as needed.
- Able to work with stakeholders across organization, negotiate and influence; motivate team members.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including MS Project.
- At least Bachelor’s degree; Master’s Degree highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Understanding of software development methodologies
- Scrum/Agile process knowledge
- Understanding of application deployment architecture, to drive technical discussions
- Data analysis experience; interpreting metrics and deriving insights from data
- Efficient in Excel data analysis and presentation (formulas, dashboard creations, charts)
- Experience with JIRA, Rally, Power BI
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies (preferred: GCP)
