About this role:

We are excited about adding a coordinator to support the entire People organization, from Recruiting and People Operations to events and HR.

As part of the People team, you’ll provide guidance, support, and coordination across every department’s efforts to hire, onboard, and improve their teams. Ideal candidates for this role are proactive, ambitious, and seek to understand how our business works and how you can better constanour employee experience. We’re excited about someone who is passionate about people and inspired about revolutionizing one of the last great legacy industries there is: residential real estate.

Who you are:

  • Incredibly detail-oriented and have superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks
  • Outstanding people skills – high degree of empathy and a great communicator (both written and verbal)
  • First-principles approach and the ability to make strategic, timely decisions, and understand when to own a decision and when to involve others
  • Creative and process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • Enthusiastic and comfortable in a high-energy and ever-changing work environment.
  • 2 years of experience & Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

What you’ll do:

  • People team liaison for all employees events such as recruiting, new hire orientation, and monthly events
  • Organize and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Contribute toward People team projects and initiatives such as company-wide social events, lunch n learn among other activities
  • Assist with benefit questions and process leave of absences
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to design and schedule interviews using our ATS, Lever
  • Help to make candidates feel welcomed and ensure virtual on-site interviews run smoothly

Location:

We are currently all working remotely and expect to continue with our remote-first culture past the pandemic but the majority of the team has a home base in the San Francisco Bay Area and we will get flexible office space in the Bay Area sometime in 2022.
