We have an opening for a motivated Lead Sales Representative to join our international aerospace team in Prague.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for achieving & exceeding their Annual Operating Plan for Revenue, Margin and other business metrics through the sales of pre-owned aerospace equipment for specific customer accounts within the EMEAI region.

You will achieve increased sales targets from existing accounts/customers aligned with business initiatives, as well as increasing the customer base and influencing cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success. This will be achieved by driving new customer leads, creating relationships and expanding business with airline customers and accounts across the region. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with multiple functions to prevent and resolve customer problems and travelling to these accounts as needed. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, customer fleet/profile, sales statistics and business needs, presenting findings to customers and senior stakeholders within the business as we as leveraging the analytics for driving new sales pursuits. You will own execution of the entire process from customer inquiry to cash covering activities like quoting, order processing, liasioning for shipment while addressing issues leading to order holds, all utilizing tools like ERP, CRM & other IT tools.

  • Process orders in Honeywell IT systems (SAP ERP, etc.)
  • Achieve Annual Sales/Revenue Plan targets
  • Administrate Sales Cycle
  • Present important opportunities to leadership and identify how to close the deals
  • Be responsible for meeting/exceeding weekly, monthly, quarterly sales objectives by account and/or region
  • Be accountable for building both sales and procurement relationships for a set of accounts
  • Liaise with internal functions (supply chain, account owners, finance, etc.) on execution of orders
  • Deliver Value Proposition to customers
  • Manage Sales Cycle Momentum
  • Deliver Communications to customers
  • Traveling to customers as required

Requirements

  • 10 years’ experience in sales, business management or a customer facing role, communicating with customers and building strong customer relationships
  • Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering or related field
  • Experience with SAP and ERP systems (such as Salesforce)
  • Proficient with a variety of computer-based tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A team player and go-getter who is enthusiastic, willing to learn and has a great sense of urgency
