Your Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best practices, standards, and methodologies for business analysis to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.
  • Conduct regular reviews of business analysis processes and deliverables, recommending improvements and ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Facilitate training and workshops for business analysts on best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Serve as a guidance expert in business analysis, providing guidance and support to business analysts across projects.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure business analysis activities align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of business analysis resources, such as templates, tools, and guidelines, accessible to all business analysts.
  • Monitor and report on the adoption and effectiveness of business analysis best practices within the organization.
  • Identify new tools and technologies that can enhance the business analysis function and normalize the evaluation and implementation process.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the business analysis community, encouraging feedback and innovation.
  • Ensure that all business analysis work adheres to industry standards and best practices, such as those defined by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Energy, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related equivalent field.
  • Certification in Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA-AAC), or similar is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis within Energy or Finance, with a strong understanding of best practices, standards, and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing business analysis processes and standards.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead workshops and training sessions.
  • Experience with business analysis tools and technologies.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence without direct authority.
  • Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies.
