Tasks

  • Developing a modern FinTech product in a team
  • Guiding young motivated developers on their path
  • Being always able to give the acurrent status of the development, chances and possible risks
  • Leading the team with a clear voice and an open ear
  • Managing the growth of the software team & the continuous improvement of the agile processes
  • Working with management & users to develop the backlog (user stories)
  • Developing the designs for the features with your team

Requirements

  • Computer science graduate or university degree in computer science with at least 5 years of work experience (ideally in the FinTech space)
  • Experience with AWS cloud development (Lamdba, DynamoDB, GraphQL, Event Bridge, …)
  • Experience with DevOps, SecOps
  • Development experience in Node.js, Typescript, GraphQL / REST, Flutter/DART, Vue.js or similar
  • Knowledge in the use of developer tools and frameworks
  • Agile development (Scrum Framework)
  • Structured and goal-oriented approach
  • You are a team player and look out for your department
  • First experience in leading smaller teams
  • Strong willingness to acquire new knowledge and enjoy discovering and applying new technologies
  • Very good English skills, nice to have: good German skills
