Pave the path for business success by supporting the IB & NCL Technology Markets Regulation stream leadership to manage product portfolios, to acquire great talent, to manage vendors and contracts, and to develop, coordinate, and evaluate business strategies.

We’re looking for the Lead Business Manager to:

• serve as primary aide to the respective business and coordinate the supporting streams, i.e., manage the interfaces to HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance and Controlling
• support the stream leadership in developing, coordinating, and evaluating a business strategy and business plan for their area of responsibility
• manage the stream towards financial targets with the respective stream leadership, and achieve cost and efficiency savings
• develop and implement a cohesive workforce and diversity strategy to ensure the stream has the best talent to deliver on its product portfolio
• actively support the hiring process and develop and coordinate a workforce plan and strategy
• managing vendor activities within the stream to develop coherent vendor strategies, control costs, reduce risks, and ensure service delivery
• support the stream leadership in management, delivery and reporting of the product portfolio
• contribute to our transformation through innovation (e.g. automation, dashboards, tooling, process optimization)

Your team
You’ll be leading the IB & NCL Technology Markets Regulation Business Management team within Chief Business Office, based in either London or Zurich. We provide a huge variety of services to ensure that the Markets Regulation stream performs efficiently and effectively across our core services whilst keeping alignment with our strategic priorities. You’ll be part of and working closely with the Stream leadership and, as well as an important role in the wider Chief Business Office team. Our key stakeholders are primarily based in the UK, Poland and India.

Your expertise

• previous experience in a senior Business Management role with strong financial acumen
• working with and managing a diverse team across multiple locations
• managing and influencing a diverse set of senior stakeholders
• very organised and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
• excellent written and verbal communicator with persuasive presentation skills
• quick to learn new things be it a new IT tool or different process
• able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• detail oriented, with structured organized methodical planning skills
