The myTime HRIT team is a collaborative group of individuals who support the Kronos time and attendance application for companies across Koch. We provide value to Koch by transforming the Kronos user experience, eliminating manual processes, and providing accurate time records for employees’ pay. Members of our team are interested in expanding their knowledge of the system while working to support customers through issue tickets and configuration projects. This opportunity is for a Kronos Configuration Analyst with past Kronos configuration experience required. The Kronos Configuration Analyst will primarily focus on Kronos system configuration for small to large projects which could include simple configuration modifications, new facility implementations, service pack upgrades, or interface projects. He or she will be involved in assisting in requirements gathering, responsible for configuring the system and unit test, collaborate with HRIS to execute customer acceptance testing. In addition, this individual may own or contribute to creation of documentation including technical specifications and/or training materials as necessary.

A portion of time will be dedicated to essential system support to ensure a smooth customer experience, through utilization of our Service Now support ticket system for issues escalated by the HRIS department.

The Configuration Analyst will also be expected to become a process and knowledge leader for the team. Must have leadership capability to manage and guide team discussions, share knowledge and mentor junior staff to grow the entire team with an outcome of higher value contribution to the company for the entire department. We have department staff located in multiple countries, therefore day to day work hours flexibility is important for team operations and customer service. Interpersonal skills, leadership capability, effective collaboration and communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work with others in a diverse culture will be key to your success in this role.

This opportunity it open to remote work, with a preference to sit in Wichita, KS; Atlanta, GA; Auburn Hills, MI; Lisle, Illinois; Reno, NV or Green Bay, WI

What You Will Do In Your Role

  • Communicate with business contacts to gather detailed requirements.
  • Perform maintenance and configuration activities for Kronos modules such as accrual, timekeeper, and attendance, etc.
  • Create new, troubleshoot, or modify existing Kronos WIM Integrations.
  • Partner with customers and HRIS department on support activities by responding to and resolving customer issues.
  • Collaborate with a diverse IT team including systems analysts, business analysts, architects, and vendors.
  • Act as senior lead within the team, mentoring others, sharing and increasing knowledge to increase teams’ capabilities.
  • Seek to identify opportunities to optimize application performance, utilization, and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and transform internal business processes and day to day activities.
  • Developing your knowledge, skills and leadership abilities for future career advancement.

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Kronos Configuration Analyst, Kronos BSA, or Kronos Systems Analyst
  • Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, documentation, training and change management functions for a Kronos system.
  • Experience in the following Kronos modules including full implementations: Timekeeper, Accruals, Time Off Request, and Attendance.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Kronos WIM for creating interfaces/integrations.
  • Proficient in SQL, including queries, views, and stored Procedures
  • Experience collaborating and communicating cross functionally with a strong focus on customer service
  • Experience utilizing conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience being highly-organized with the ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks effectively
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Degree in MIS, CIS, or CS obtained or in progress
  • 8+ years’ experience as a Kronos Configuration Analyst, Kronos BSA, or Kronos Systems Analyst
  • Experience in Kronos Advanced Scheduler, Activities or Attestation modules.
  • Experience with creating Custom Reports.
  • Experience using a service ticketing system, such as ServiceNow.
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Yammer, and other enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities
  • Knowledge of ITIL including IT implementation methodologies (SDLC, Agile, etc.) or equivalent IT service management training & experience

For this role, we anticipate paying $ 80,000 – $ 105,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
