Kraft Heinz People Analytics Intern

We have a superb opportunity available for a Bachelor/Master student who is interested in making a difference in People Analytics at Kraft Heinz!

The position

You will be part of the People Analytics team. It is a small team which provides data-driven insights to build a better employee experience & improve business performance.

In your role you will support the Data & Platform Manager of the International Zone (spanning APAC- EMEA and LATAM). Together you will develop valuable data insights and work on system improvements for the Kraft Heinz HR Team.

You get to work on a variety of tasks- such as

  • Analyze recruitment and/or people data (e.g. time to hire- employee engagement)
  • Support on crafting presentations for our leadership teams
  • Pursue your own projects to derive data-insights for our HR Teams

We are looking for an intern who can start in February 2023. The internship will last for 5 or 6 months- depending on what you prefer.

The team is in our Amsterdam office. We encourage a hybrid working model- making it possible for interns to work parts of the week from home.

Qualifications

What skills are we looking for in an intern?

  • Interpersonal Skills At Kraft Heinz you will easily be exposed to senior management- no matter your level. Therefore- it is meaningful to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking You quickly grasp data and understand the logic behind arguments and instructions.
  • Diligence You are organized- structured and have a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to Simplify We like to keep it simple. And to implement fast. Your ability to provide simple solutions for complex issues will be highly appreciated.

Requirements For This Internship

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master programme in Human Resources or Organizational Psychology.
  • Proficiency in English.

What We Offer You

We take interns seriously. You can expect from us to give you 1-on-1 mentorship from one of our expert colleagues. We will work together on your personal learning goals and are keen to hear all the good ideas you have! We will give you the space and support to make mistakes and grow.

  • You will get an internship allowance of 625 euro per month (40hrs- 5 days)
  • Full reimbursement of travel expenses
  • Potential possibility to complete an internship assignment- depending on requirements

We encourage you to take part in our close intern community which organizes fun weekly activities.
