About Pico
Founded in 2015, Pico focuses on VR/AR products development, aiming to provide superior XR experience through excellent products and eco system.

– In accordance with the company’s needs, conduct various user surveys such as questionnaires and focus groups to achieve in-depth insights into user behavior, and share them with relevant departments such as product, market, and design teams in a timely manner.
– Actively participate in the VR product development process, and track and supervise improve the user experience of the product and provide relevant support for user research.
– Proficient in using mainstream user research methods, implementing user research projects, outputting complete user research reports, and forming user profiles and user behavior insight systems.
– You will conduct research for our AR/VR Team, be a resource for methods and techniques, and a strategic partner for Creative, Product Management and Engineering
– Exceptional behavioral data-collection and analysis skills, e.g., designing, conducting, and analyzing all kinds of user data

Qualifications

– Bachelor degree or above, postgraduate degree is preferred; psychology, statistics, economics and marketing are preferred.
– End-to-end experience with all aspects of usability research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
– Excellent learning ability, analytical ability, interpersonal communication ability, executive ability, service awareness and sense of responsibility.
– Proficient Master ‘s and apply mainstream research methods and analytical tools.
– English as a working language; knowledge of Japanese, Korean and German would be a plus.
– 3-8 years of work experience.
– Must have a certain understanding of related fields such as the technology industry or game industry
– Experience in focus group/experimental research is preferred.
