Role And Responsibilities

  • Ensure time data checking/reviewing the overtimepay upon workday time data and other allowances to be calculated in workdayas a time admin for Korea and Japan
  • Perform root cause analysis/case managementsrelated to time premium codes/timesheet data, allowance calculation inWorkday
  • Works schedule assignment/changes and Time fortime remaining balance management for CS/Non-CS managers and employees inKorea and Japan
  • Provide time related reports to internal businesspartners/stakeholders
  • Contribute to projects to improve the efficiency,accuracy, and capabilities of the Workday regarding time modules in Koreaand Japan
  • Co-operate and communicate with CS coordinatorsto support CS employees and managers in Korea and Japan. Upon that, shouldalign and communicate with project team
  • Adjust work schedule master to reflect all actualwork schedules regarding day/night shift
  • Other duties, as assigned

Education and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relatedexperience preferred in time writing

Skills

  • English and Japanese speaking
  • MS office, Knowledge of the all work schedules
  • Customer service focused
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Team player
  • Adherence to company policy and code of conduct
  • Excellent social, communication, customer service, and problem solving skills
