Knowledge & Research Intern

As an intern within BCG’s Financial Institutions (FI) Practice Area, you will work along senior colleagues in co-developing intellectual property & knowledge assets, ensuring availability of latest, high-quality content. You will also support business development and go-to-market efforts of the Financial Institutions business, as opportunities arise, contributing research and analysis to marketing efforts.

BCG’s Financial Institutions practice aims to be the consultant of choice for leaders in the financial industry. We seek to achieve that by helping clients in the industry find their way in this new competitive landscape. By focusing on underlying customer needs and the fundamental economics of the business, we help banks, brokerages, asset managers and other financial services companies rethink their strategic assumptions and identify winning business propositions. We also help them to exploit new opportunities and move quickly to get things done.

• Framing, structuring, and sharing findings, with the ability to write clearly and concisely
• Flexibility and bring a curious and creative mindset, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas
• Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity

You Bring (experience & Qualifications)

• Currently pursuing a degree in accounting or business & ideally in year 2 or above.
• Passionate to know more about banking or FI related Industry
• Fluency in English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency In excel and financial modelling
