Job Description
- You will be in charge with managing the day to day operations of the two Team Member restaurants ensuring that all preparations and set up are up to the standards.
- To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
- Adhere to waste management program, segregate waste and do not pollute local environment. Reduce and Reuse
- Adhere to HACCP & OSHAD safety standards
Qualifications
- Candidates within UAE is an advantage
- Experience in similar field is required
- Experience of food and service field is required
- Experience in managing food cost and menu planning is required

Able to relocate in a remote place.
