Job Description

  • You will be in charge with managing the day to day operations of the two Team Member restaurants ensuring that all preparations and set up are up to the standards.
  • To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
  • Adhere to waste management program, segregate waste and do not pollute local environment. Reduce and Reuse
  • Adhere to HACCP & OSHAD safety standards

Qualifications

  • Candidates within UAE is an advantage
  • Experience in similar field is required
  • Experience of food and service field is required
  • Experience in managing food cost and menu planning is required

Additional Information

Able to relocate in a remote place.
