Purpose of the job

Support for Service center in terms of CRs/ Technical incident Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration

Main responsibilities 

  • Act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. 
  • Day-to-day technical operation within the Team 
  • Set Technical Best Practices to deliver effectively and efficiently  
  • Create and develop performance report, delivery method, and general duties records 
  • Engage and assist in creating comprehensive technical documents 
  • Delivery of Change Requests/Projects/Incidents are completed within the deadlines provided 
  • Carry out existing or evolving  technical related duties that may be required for smooth workflow 
  • Level 1 Support for the Service Center 
  • Implementation of Dubai as DR Site 
  • Implementation/Part of Implementation of  customer projects/change requests 
  • Follow and Track tasks and deliveries according to set deadlines using existing tools or adaptation of existing tools (CRT, Oxygen, Work Tracker, Time Tracker, Pilot Tracker etc.) 
  • Follow and Track team goals and KPI defined in following areas : 
  • Projects 
  • Change Requests 
  • Process Improvement 
  • Incidents 
  • Update report on KPI 

People Responsibilities 

  • Communicate effectively with management on Task and Project Delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma computer science
  • Data base : Microsoft SQL Server 
  • Execution of Defined Application Functional Test Cases
  • Understanding of CPS
  • Basic Log Analysis
  • Incident Reporting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent Customer Management Skills
  • Languages
  • Essential: English
