Description And Requirements

In this position your responsibilities include:

  • Achieving / overachieving quantitative and qualitative targets set by the Sales Management on a regular base
  • Developing strategic business plans, revenue streams, forecasts as well as tactical actions
  • taking care of timely and correct business reports and forecasts
  • Active management of the needs and expectations of the company’s customers and providing feedback concerning appropriate product requirements
  • Setting up, planning and execution of all activities specific to the accounts, discussion of new product introductions, taking care of adequate merchandising, watching over and management of an optimal stock and keeping the knowledge of our products with the customers up to date.
  • Managing a budget for your area of responsibility
  • Implement effective and profitable promotional plan
  • Close cooperation with the 4P/Business Manager to ensure that the product range matches the market’s requirements in terms of need and standard. Implement product concepts together with the Business Manager
  • Close cooperation with the Back End Teams to ensure effective logistics procedure
  • Monitor customer Sell-in/Sell-out and inventory. Provide reporting back into sales management and take appropriate measurements to avoid excess or out-of-stock situations and reducing lead time.

What You Bring

Professional Experience

  • First career steps in one of the leading international PC/Notebook/Tablet/Telco vendors, companies with IT hardware products.
  • The experience of about 3 years as a Key Account Manager

Personality

  • Entrepreneurial personality with standing and charisma, can convince and inspire on the basis of knowledge and personality, and thus on the highest level for the products s/he represents.
  • Respected as a competent professional by the customers and is used to present and convince on all levels.
  • Excellent communicational skills in German and English language. S/he is able to adjust to most different mentalities and needs adequately.
