Sayara International is hiring a Junior Social Media Analyst to join its Eastern Europe team. This role is full-time and will initially last 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Position Description:

We are looking for an organized and thorough Junior Social Media Analyst to join Sayara’s growing Eastern Europe team.

The Junior Social Media Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing detailed social media data using dedicated and partner platforms. You will produce concise and impactful reports presenting key insights, recommendations, and overviews of trends over time. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a similar role, as well as excellent communication skills in English.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, be highly organized and accurate, and work well independently and as part of a collaborative team. You should have an excellent understanding of the evolving digital landscape and latest social media trends, including different platforms, content, tactics, and how brands/organizations use social media to further their objectives and reputations.

The Junior Social Media Analyst will report to Sayara’s Eastern Europe Project Management team.

The Junior Social Media Analyst will contribute to the work Sayara does to build positive change in societies that most need it. You will be working as part of a welcoming and diverse international team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor specific social media accounts and analyze detailed data (regarding content, reach, engagement, audiences, etc.) from social media tools and partner platforms.
  • Collate social media data and produce concise, informative weekly reports.
  • Map social media results back to client objectives and interpret the data to present what has worked and what has not.
  • Prepare quarterly analytical reports with key insights and impactful recommendations.
  • Compare data findings against initial benchmark figures to develop views of trends and correlations over time.
  • Collaborate with the Eastern Europe Project Management team and Sayara’s Communications team to develop vivid and easily digestible reports to quickly communicate important takeaways to readers in a busy institutional environment.
  • Regular communication (email, Teams calls, Teams chat, etc.) with Eastern Europe Project Management team and Team Lead.
  • Other ad hoc tasks, as required.

Desired Qualifications/ Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of the evolving digital landscape and latest social media trends, including different platforms, content, tactics, and how brands/organizations use social media to further their objectives and reputations.
  • International Development industry experience considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural team.
  • Organized, analytical, and thorough.
  • Good IT skills (Office 365).
  • Strong commitment to high-quality work and integrity in all interactions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Location & Travel:

Warsaw, Poland. Sayara International has a team based in Warsaw.

Salary:

Monthly salary of GBP 1,500-1,900, negotiable according to experience.

Job Type:

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday-Friday.

Duration:

The Junior Social Media Analyst will be offered a one (1) year employment contract, with a four (4) month probation period. If the project is extended beyond 12 months, the role may also be renewed based on the discretion of, and mutual agreement between Sayara and the Junior Social Media Analyst.
