Tasks
- The Junior Sales Operation Analyst will serve as a key partner in our sales operations.
- Supporting strategic initiatives and operational projects to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvement.
- Provide in-depth analytical support, using tools such as Google sheets, Salesforce reporting, and business intelligence platforms to uncover actionable insights and offer overall transparency on business performance.
- Lead advanced planning and reporting efforts for our clinics, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Implement and standardize sales reporting and analyses and proactively design and improve clinic workflows
- Supporting the Sales Operations Specialist in all sales-related workflows within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and effective utilization of the platform.
- Collaborate on complex initiatives that drive business growth, requiring coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Generate ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested, delivering insights in a clear and actionable format.
- Coordinate and communicate cross functional with multiple stakeholders
- Act as a trusted sparring partner for the management team, provide abd present valuable insights for decision taking
- Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and his sales management to develop and execute sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
- Experience in business development, consulting, or operations within a high-performance environment.
- Expertise in sales or business controlling with advanced planning and reporting skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, BI (Holistics) and google sheets
- Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to think strategically, envision the bigger picture, and use data to support suggestions.
