Join us in a challenging and interesting role as Junior Relationship Manager within the client-facing team Private Clients Germany based in Basel. In your role you will focus on servicing discretionary mandates within a Life Insurance Policy as well as special situation accounts. You will be handling complex client cases, products and a broad set of tasks to ensure comprehensive fulfillment of services, including client management and retention.

In this role you will receive a client book where you serve different clients with their needs. In our Market Area you will be able to support process improvement and digitalization projects to increase client experience and efficiency.

You will work closely together with a strong team of relationship managers who have a focus on client satisfaction and growth of business.

Your role will include the following elements

  • Managing a client book with a high number of private clients and Life Insurance Portfolios
  • Client Meetings
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Developing Investment Proposals and advise your client in investment decisions
  • Processing client payments, stock exchange orders and any other transactions efficiently
  • Preparing the opening and closing of bank accounts and ensuring excellent quality of all required documents
  • Due Diligence, KYC etc.
  • Completion of general correspondence

Your skills and experience

You describe yourself as confident self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working with multiple business partners is what you enjoy and what motivates you.

  • You have a relevant master’s/bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
  • You have experience managing a client book with a number of private clients and Life Insurance portfolios
  • You gained experience in working with clients and client-related processes within Credit Suisse and you are familiar with front systems, processes, and our banking products
  • You have the willingness and ability to work against deadlines with the highest degree of accuracy
  • You have experience in processing client payments, stock exchange orders and any other banking transactions efficiently Experience and knowledge on how to prepare opening and closing of bank accounts with knowledge and understanding of the relevant documentation required
  • You have a proficient knowledge of MS Office products
  • You are fluent in German and have a very good command in English, any other language is a plus
