The Role As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, your primary role will be to build and develop client and candidate relationships and manage the end to end recruitment process from advertising a new role, to making a successful placement. Your day to day duties will include: Proactively sourcing new clients and candidates using a range of tools including LinkedIn and our bespoke CRM system
Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates through hosting webinars and podcasts
Conduct telephone and video interviews with candidates to assess suitability to roles
Coordinate interviews, provide feedback and deliver job offers to candidates
Use social media to advertise roles, search for prospective candidates, network and promote the Evolution brand
