We are looking for a passionate and talented Junior Product Operations Manager to help us improve and scale gowago.

Tasks

About You

As the Junior Product Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and enhancement of our CRM system (HubSpot). You actively investigate the process-related challenges faced by the Sales, Delivery and Customer Success teams and find sustainable solutions for a seamless operational experience. Working closely with the Product Operations Manager, you will contribute towards ensuring that Gowago is well-equipped to scale efficiently and maintain streamlined processes.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management and maintenance of the CRM system, including building customisations, and automations to increase efficiency of the Sales, Delivery and Customer Success functions
  • Ensure that the CRM structure is aligned with the Product Roadmap
  • Continuously improve the data quality process by collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales and Finance team.
  • Gather and assess new feature or improvement requests, aligning them with business goals and user requirements and help identify appropriate solutions.
  • Support in resolving or escalating bug reports and technical issues in a timely manner, in close collaboration with the Product and Tech teams.
  • Actively maintain and update operational documentation and guidelines.
  • Organize regular training sessions with operational teams to familiarize them with new features and updates.

Requirements

The Must-Haves

  • A first professional experience as a Junior Product Owner/ Manager or Operations Specialist or 1 to 2 years experience in Sales/Delivery Management/Customer Success
  • Analytical mindset and detailed-oriented
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive
  • Tech-savviness
  • Proficient in English. German or French would be an asset

The Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with CRM (e.g. HubSpot or Salesforce) or data management systems
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience in the automotive or financial sector
  • An impeccable sense of humour
