Junior Product Manager

Citi is running a strategic Innovation Lab in Tel Aviv, developing advanced financial technology products within a dynamic start-up like environment.

Citi Innovation Lab is looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our real-time intelligence group, building a real-time low code platform, which monitors trades, orders, customer actions, and market data in high volumes.

As a Junior Product Manager for Citi Innovation Lab, you will work with cross-functional teams of creative engineers, designers, UX experts, and other teams, taking full responsibility from the discovery stage to the execution and go-to-market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products
  • Identify significant opportunities and help to establish the product vision, goals, and key business metrics for success. Clearly articulate the strategy to all stakeholders.
  • Integrate usability studies, research new technologies, market and competition analysis into product strategies, roadmaps, and requirements to enhance user satisfaction and build products that stand out in the market
  • Work collaboratively with world-class engineers, UX experts, designers, and other teams on a rapid and iterative product development cycle
  • Develop, track, and refine metrics to measure product impact. Identify new levers to help move key metrics.
  • Communicate details, updates, and implementations across all stakeholders and teams with extreme attention-to-detail
  • Display strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills across the entire organization
  • Identify product, organizational, and process improvement opportunities and realize them

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product owner/management experience in an agile startup environment
  • A technologically oriented degree
  • Fundamentally analytical – ability to collect and analyze data, identify key insights and product optimization opportunities, and inform product decisions
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with an ability to influence and collaboratively build consensus
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Strong project-management skills, ability to prioritize and discern ‘must have’ and ‘nice to have’ tasks.
  • A natural curiosity to learn new concepts and practices
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Hands-on, get it done, results-oriented operating style.
