Hepsiburada is looking for a Junior Process Development and Project Executive, you will be responsible for setting and implementing business development strategy and execution.

Job description

· Identifying improvement points and opportunities in aftersales and customer service processes and carrying out improvement projects,

· Detailed data analysis to identify problems and create solutions,

· Producing detailed solutions by collaborating with other relevant business units, especially Logistics, Warehouse, Marketplace Operations.

· Increasing efficiency through process redesign, well- positioned digital/self sevice capabilities and agent portal improvements.

· Planned technical developments and projects; Writing IT analyzes and approving the development by making UAT tests.

· Feasibility studies of the new processes developed, and cost-benefit analysis of the new models introduced,

· Creating current and target cost models for operations,

· Carrying out all kinds of innovation development and technology transfer studies, supporting them with feasibility studies and ROI calculations

Qualifications

· Able to use MS Office Programs very well,

· Good command of English; have fluency in speaking,

· Graduated from Engineering departments of universities, preferably industrial engineering.

· Having min 2 years of experience in process development, business process reengineering and project management

· Technology aptitude, preferably familiar with Customer service and customer experience technologies; worked in customer service teams as business development-process development-project management or product manager

· Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, result-oriented, initiative and detail-oriented,

· Having an analytical perspective,

· Prone to teamwork, good relationships, responsible,

· Following new technologies and constantly improving itself,

· Able to manage different priorities and projects simultaneously,

· Having a proactive approach,

· English language skills: our day-to-day language will be English,

· Doer: if we can finish something on the spot, our modus operandi is get it done – do not postpone or delegate,
