About This Role

As a Junior Operations Analyst with FDM, you will undergo industry specific training and continue your career journey as an FDM consultant by working for one of our globally recognized clients. This position will sit in the Alternative Investment Operations division at a large financial institution. This position will be a remote opportunity with future hybrid work.

FDM Operations Analysts working in the Alternative Investment Space: Exciting opportunity to gain exposure to Trade Processing, Reconciliations, Cash Management (Oversight and movements) as well as mechanics to support key functions as well as driving Operational efficiencies. Other key functions are Fund Accounting including but not limited to Real Estate/Hedge fund Accounting. You will also have the opportunity to better understand the Risks and Benefits of Alternative Investments including Operations Due Diligence activities.

• A strong aptitude for operations/business and the interest and drive to expand your skill set
• Eligible to work in the US.
