We Are Hiring For The Following Position
- Unexperienced/unlicensed Junior Loan Officers/trainees with a background in customer service and dealing with the public-at-large. If you are a “people person” we will pay for your 20hr online mortgage education course, as well as your testing and licensing fees.
- We specialize in VA and Non-QM home loans and we purchase and generate thousands of hot/fresh internet leads of Veterans and self-employed borrowers interested in refinancing or purchasing a home.
- You will follow up on these leads by dialing 100-200 calls per day and passing interested prospects off to your Sr. Loan Officer.
- Jr. LO comp is $15/hr to $20/hr DOE plus bonuses with an earning potential of $4,000-$6,000/mo
Our top producers earned over $350,000 last year as Sr. Loan Officers. You can move up quickly if you have what it takes.
***You must be willing to pass a background check, be a local San Diego resident and be willing to commute to our Coronado location at least 4 days per week***
