Our Sales team is growing, and now we’re looking to add a Junior Lead Generation Specialist, who will oversee our existing lead generation channels, add new ones, ensure the highest lead quality possible and coordinate with our business development team, so we can realise Wunderflat’s potential together.
This is a full-time position, with the option of working remotely within Germany.
YOUR MISSION
- Own our high-quality lead generation efforts, from optimising existing lead sources to brand-new lead sourcing strategies and their execution
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (like our Director of Business Development) to actively contribute to shaping the future of Wunderflats
- Analyse our performance in cooperation with our Data and Business Development teams to monitor relevant KPIs and continuously improve our process and quality standards
- Work effectively within a team environment, including cooperation and communication with various external partners where needed
- Be a part of our brilliant Business Development team and support them in their daily tasks of growing our landlord network with your strategic insights
YOUR PROFILE
- You have worked in Lead Generation, Sales, Business Development, Marketing or a similar role before (internships included) and understand how the Sales funnel works
- You have strong knowledge and experience working with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets (or Excel), as well as, a basic knowledge of programming in Python and SQL
- Due to your analytical and conceptual skills, you are able to think your way through complex processes quickly and identify innovative approaches to workflow optimisation
- An eye for detail allows you to not only manage multiple projects and activities simultaneously but also ensure high quality in all your deliverables
- You are a strong communicator in English. Any knowledge of German is considered an advantage
