About the Role: We are looking for a self-driven and passionate Sales Professional (f/m/d) to join our Elixir Strings team. In this role, you will develop and manage accounts in EMEA (online and physical). You will interact with sales & marketing team and sales leadership to develop account specific marketing plans and strategies. You will be responsible for all account programming at assigned customers.
This is a remote position, and you can work from your home office in most locations within Germany, Italy, UK, Spain, France and Sweden.*
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account plans, including long-term winning account strategies, objectives, and opportunities
- Identify actionable trends within sales data
- Analyze established territory metrics to gauge progress versus stated objectives
- Acquire in-depth market knowledge and utilizing knowledge to present to key decision makers
- Consistently interact with internal marketing, sales and product teams to ensure alignment of objectives, strategies, tactics, and resources
- Establish and maintain beneficial relationships with key decision makers within customer organizations
- Become a credible, value-adding category resource for key retail management and distribution
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably business or marketing or equivalent experience
- Clear understanding of retail operations and distribution business including trade economics and two-step product distribution
- Account-specific marketing and promotion development experience
- Relationship development and relationship management experience
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Appreciation for cultural diversity with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple cultures and countries
- Data-driven decision-making approach with advanced data skills utilizing Microsoft Excel at a high level
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including internationally and must hold a valid driving license
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in the Musical Instruments or other consumer goods industries
