Innovecs is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about creating engaging content, has an awareness of recent trends and poses great time management and communication skills. In this role you will be at the heart of our brand awareness campaign for the ice hockey league. Your creativity, social media savvy, and passion for sports will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence.

Requirements

• Creativity and a flair for engaging social media content creation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A good understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms and social media trends.
• A keen interest in sports, particularly ice hockey.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a compelling social media content plan for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Craft engaging and brand-aligned posts for our social media channels.
• Collaborate closely with designers to prepare eye-catching branded content.
• Actively manage community interactions by replying to comments and engaging with followers on social media.
• Launch and manage social media campaigns focused on engagement, awareness, and follower growth.
• Work alongside internal and external stakeholders to create captivating text, photo, and video content.
• Articulate brand messages clearly and attractively on our website.
• Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
