We are a performance advertising agency based in the sunny Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy, Earth, Solar System, Milky Way (you got the idea!).
We help International companies make more money or achieve their business goals, whatever is more important to them.
To deliver such results, we absorb the energy of the sun and transform into powerful and integrated Pay Per Click, Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization strategies. In the meantime, we enjoy our high-quality life on THE island.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Support the PPC team with keyword research, ad copy creation, client reporting, performance analysis, and more
• Plan amazing Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ads campaigns
• Become a key member of the team after 3-6 months
• Participate in weekly/monthly client meetings and calls adopting a proactive consultative approach
• Help the agency with its continuous growth
• Enjoy the sun
REQUIREMENTS
• Passion / Obsession for everything data, performance, and digital marketing
• Fluent in English
• Align with the attitudes we love (read below)
• EU Working Permit
BIG PLUS(ES)
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar
• Additional languages (German, French)

Location: Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy OR Full Remote
While we will continue to work remotely in 2022, we’ll still meet in person once in a while for training sessions, QBRs, beers, etc. We’d love to see you too!
