Junior Coordinator Regional SAD Project

In collaboration with the SAD Regional Project Manager to follow the implementation of the regional SAD Project in Lebanon, Iraq and Jordan.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Collaborate with the SAD Regional Project Manager in drafting project documents and periodical drafting

· In collaboration with the SAD Regional Project Manager to coordinate the flow of information among the three projects in the different countries with HQ.

· Support the local staff of each country in carrying out the activities foreseen in the Project.

· Monitor the implementation process

· Carry out surveys, assessments, and focus group discussions to identify beneficiaries’ needs and facilitate their participation in the activities.

Essential Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Social Sciences or equivalent

Work experience:
At least 1 year of NGO work experience in the MENA region

Language proficiency:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English (knowledge of Italian and Arabic language will be considered as an advantage).

· Computer skills: ability to effectively use MS Office (Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Exchange)
· Good attitude and experience in working with partners and allies
· Independent performance of the task within a certain scope of action and decision-making process related to the task.
· Excellent communication skills in building relationships with local contacts
· Well developed interpersonal and team skills and proven ability to be flexible and sensitive in challenging situations; passion for working with others
· Good understanding and commitment to gender equality
