Job role and purpose:

Purpose of this role is to support Group Controlling team and finance management in providing timely and accurate reports and data analysis. In addition, you will take part in and support our development projects related to reporting, KPI dashboards and financial planning including related tools. In this position you will also perform routine tasks related to reporting and planning process to learn the basics of working in the finance function. In this position you can start your career within finance and financial systems in a truly international setting!

To be successful in this role, you are interested in working within finance and financial reporting and analysis tools. Your educational background has given you a basis in business, managerial accounting or business analytics. You may have some experience from conducting financial analysis and forecasts in your previous career or studies and you share our values. You show a keen interest towards technology and want to learn how to become a true finance professional. Our modern offices are located at the heart of Tallinn.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support Group Controlling team in various reporting tasks in providing accurate and timely report
  • Perform routine tasks related to reporting and financial planning
  • Support the creation of new reports, data enquiries and KPI dashboards based on business needs in cooperation with IT
  • Support data and reporting related development projects (e.g. reconciling data)
  • Support Planning system development (Anaplan)
  • Ad hoc support for group FA team

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent in Finance, Management Accounting or Business Analytics
  • 1-2 years work experience in a finance organisation
  • Creating data enquiries, reports, KPI dashboards or analysis based on large amount of data
  • Exposure to modern reporting tools
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Good technical capabilities and ability to adapt new systems and processes quickly
  • Proactive, problem solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English (other Baltic/Nordic languages are a plus)
  • Knowledge in Power BI and Anaplan is an advantage
