Your Role

The Junior Administrative and Fleet Clerk is responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of fleet vehicles, office facilities and other administrative tasks under the supervision of Admin Coordinator.

Your Responsibilities

  • Registering and licensing all vehicles under company management.
  • Communicating with Insurance Brokers and organizing the appropriate insurance for Drivers and vehicles.
  • Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
  • Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assisting with the drafting and implementation of effective policies and processes regarding fleet operations.
  • Monitoring fleet costs and ensuring that they remain within budget.
  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • General office management such as ordering stationary and office facility.

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and coordinating abilities.
  • Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to manage time effectively and also meet deadlines.
  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Driving license B.
  • Good command of English is a must.
