In This Role, You Will
- Control mutual settlements with counterparties, control over the return of original documents from counterparties
- Accounting of banking operations (posting statements on accounts in the accounting system)
- Travel and business expenses audit and accounting. Per diem timely payment , orders and reports preparation
- Archiving documents
- Ad-hoc requests
- Accounting of sale of services (equipment rental) transactions, preparation of primary supporting documents package,
- sending documents through Vchasno
- Accounting of the acquisition (purchase) of fixed assets, inventories, works and services. Writing-of of fixed assets
About You
- University degree, major in Finance/Accounting is required
- Computer proficient including 1C, MeDoc, MS Office
- Minimum 2 years working experience at an accountant/junior accountant position
- Good practical knowledge of Ukrainian accounting standards and Ukrainian tax regulations
- experience of working in the IT field will be an advantage
- English — at least intermediate level
- analytical mindset, attention to detail, desire to develop, good communication skills and ability to work in a team
