DESCRIPTION

We are seeking customer obsessed Jr. Account Manager who demonstrates good judgment, excellent communication skills, and has a strong bias for action. The role will primarily support the DE and UK marketplaces.

Key job responsibilities

  • 1:1 seller outreach to aid in resolving issues, listing products, addressing concerns and questions, or make suggestions for business growth.
  • Prep and build research files for AMs
  • Assist with creation and production of webinars and other educational opportunities
  • Work with other teams within Amazon to resolve seller issues
  • Identify gaps to improve the seller experience.
  • Escalate roadblocks or challenges to leadership.

As a Jr. Account Manager, you will aid in accelerating sales growth through expanded selection and program adoption on the platform and improving retention for Handmade Sellers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with sellers and stakeholder teams; written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English and German speaking and writing skills
  • Proven track record of sound decision making
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Minimum of 6-months experience as a SPS associate, with In-depth knowledge of the Handmade program and the various differences with standard 3P listing requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of account management experience
  • Medium to high proficiency in MS Excel
  • Have knowledge of Amazon programs: FBA, Brand Registry, Advertising – Sponsored Products, Lightning Deals, Coupons, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree
